Renewable Energy Complex + Solar SPV
01 / Energy

Renewable Energy Complex + Solar SPV

A staged build-out in Tumaco, Colombia: a 15-ha Phase 1 hybrid solar–storage microgrid (~4.2 MWp) displaces diesel for the project and neighbouring communities. A separate, ring-fenced solar SPV scales the remaining 167 ha up to 167 MWp utility-scale solar, with a 15 kV–115 kV step-up substation enabling SSPD grid export and PPA offtake. CAPEX: USD 72–105M (SPV) — independent from the USD 30.6M core stack.

  • Phase 1: ~4.2 MWp hybrid microgrid (15 ha)
  • Solar SPV: up to 167 MWp on 167 ha (USD 72–105M)
  • 15 kV–115 kV substation + national grid export PPA
  • 4,200 t/yr CO₂e avoided via diesel displacement
