Renewable Energy Complex + Solar SPV
A staged build-out in Tumaco, Colombia: a 15-ha Phase 1 microgrid combines 12.5 MWp of solar PV with a 10 MW / 40 MWh battery system for on-site supply and surplus grid export. A separate, ring-fenced Solar Expansion SPV develops 167 ha with up to 139.17 MWp under independent non-recourse financing.

Río Mira Water Treatment Plant
A 3-ha solar-powered Río Mira water treatment plant in Tumaco, Colombia, designed for 200,000 litres per day. It supplies the ecological resort and logistics hub while making treated water available to up to 1,500 neighbouring households, complemented by 80% greywater reuse at the resort.

Local Distribution & Cold-Chain Hub
A 15-ha facility in Tumaco, Colombia — the city's first formal cold-chain and local distribution hub — serving fisheries, agricultural cooperatives and local enterprises. It integrates multi-tenant warehousing, processing, SME space, customs facilitation, a 40-room value hotel and secure freight-vehicle parking.
